Advance Payment Requirement
Due to the custom and personalized nature of our products, all orders placed through Printing Bears require full payment in advance before production begins.
Each product is manufactured specifically according to the customer's selected specifications, dimensions, materials, artwork, and customization options. As a result, products cannot be resold to other customers once production has started.
For this reason, we are unable to begin production until payment has been received and successfully confirmed.
Why Advance Payment Is Required
Advance payment helps us:
- Purchase and allocate materials for your order
- Schedule production resources
- Begin manufacturing custom products immediately
- Maintain efficient production and delivery times
- Provide competitive pricing while ensuring high-quality results
Since every order is produced specifically for the customer, advance payment is a standard requirement for all custom printing services.
Production Start
Production will begin only after:
- Full payment has been received
- All artwork and files have been submitted
- Product specifications have been confirmed
- Any required design approvals have been completed
Delays in providing files, approvals, or payment may affect the estimated production timeline.
Order Cancellations
Orders may be cancelled before production has started.
Once production has begun, cancellations may not be possible because materials, labor, and production resources have already been allocated to the order.
Refunds
Because our products are custom-made and personalized according to customer requirements, refunds are generally not available once production has started.
Refunds or replacements may be offered only in cases of:
- Manufacturing defects
- Printing errors caused by Printing Bears
- Products that significantly differ from the approved order specifications
