Printing Bears provides custom printing services and printed products including, but not limited to:

Vouchers
Stickers
Labels
Signs
Window Films
Advertising Pyramids

Large Format Printing Products

All products are manufactured according to customer specifications and selected options.

3. Orders

By placing an order, you confirm that:

You are legally capable of entering into a binding contract.
All information provided is accurate and complete.
You have the necessary rights to use any uploaded files, logos, trademarks, images, or artwork.

Printing Bears reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order at its sole discretion.

4. Custom Artwork and Intellectual Property

Customers remain solely responsible for all uploaded content.

By uploading artwork, you confirm that:

You own the rights to the content; or
You have permission from the copyright owner.

Printing Bears shall not be liable for copyright, trademark, or intellectual property infringements resulting from customer-provided files.

The customer agrees to indemnify and hold harmless Printing Bears against any claims arising from submitted artwork.

5. Proofing and Approval

Customers are responsible for reviewing and approving all submitted designs, artwork, dimensions, spelling, colors, and specifications before final production.

Printing Bears is not responsible for errors approved by the customer before printing.

6. Colors and Printing Variations

Actual printed colors may vary slightly from:

Screen displays
Mobile devices
Computer monitors
Previous print runs

Minor variations in color, cutting position, finishing, material texture, or dimensions are considered acceptable within industry standards and do not constitute defects.

7. Pricing

All prices displayed on the website include VAT unless stated otherwise.

Printing Bears reserves the right to modify pricing at any time without prior notice.

The price applicable to an order is the price displayed at the time of purchase.

8. Payment

Orders must be paid in full before production begins unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Accepted payment methods may include:

Credit and Debit Cards
Bank Transfer
Other payment methods offered on the website

9. Production and Delivery Times

Production times are estimates and may vary depending on:

Product complexity
Order quantity
Design approval delays
Material availability
Public holidays
Force majeure events

Delivery times provided by shipping companies are estimates only.

Printing Bears is not responsible for delays caused by third-party couriers.

10. Shipping and Risk

Ownership and risk transfer to the customer upon delivery of the products to the shipping carrier.

Customers must inspect deliveries upon receipt and report any visible damage immediately.

11. Returns and Refunds

Due to the custom-made nature of printed products, orders are generally non-refundable and non-returnable once production has begun.

Refunds or replacements may be offered only in cases of:

Manufacturing defects
Printing errors caused by Printing Bears
Products that materially differ from approved specifications

Claims must be submitted within 7 days of receiving the order and include photographs showing the issue.

12. Cancellation Policy

Orders may only be cancelled before production has started.

If production has already begun, cancellation may not be possible and costs already incurred may be charged.

13. Limitation of Liability

Printing Bears shall not be liable for:

Indirect damages
Consequential damages
Lost profits
Business interruption
Loss resulting from customer-submitted content

Our total liability shall not exceed the value of the affected order.

14. Force Majeure

Printing Bears shall not be responsible for delays or failures caused by circumstances beyond reasonable control, including but not limited to:

Natural disasters
Fires
Floods
Strikes
Power outages
Supply chain disruptions
Government actions
Internet outages

15. Privacy

Use of this website is also governed by our Privacy Policy.

By using our services, you agree to the collection and processing of personal information as described therein.

16. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Bulgaria.
